Located right off the main casino floor near the outdoor smoking area, the MGM Grand Detroit's 14-table premier poker room offers a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere, featuring games Limit Texas Hold 'Em, No-Limit Texas Hold 'Em, Pot-Limit Omaha as well as other cash games and tournaments. The spacious cardroom has 18 large screen TVs, is smoke-free, well-lighted and very modern. There is a small waiting area with nice seating.
Waiting lists are managed via a self-sign-up kiosk that allows you to sign up and pick your seat for the ring games. The tables are new and equipped with auto shufflers, comfy chairs, valet parking, TVs, cocktail service, comps and more.

Poker Room
Atmosphere: Brand new rooms , tables and chairs 10 out of 10 . Bathrooms nice . very modern room , pager systems is great
Dealers: Dealers are learning , but listen to players well to fix problems.
Food: drinks are brought to you be waitress, food available down stairs is good.
Service: Wait time is ok , the staff is great. The 3 times i was late for my call in time because of traffic , they extended my time after i called. All 3 times when i got there they had me at the top of the list.
Comps: They have comps but no jackpot or free food in room.
