The poker room is located on the second floor of the casino and has six poker tables which feature No Limit Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha Hi, and Spread Limit Hold'em. Buy-ins typically range from $40 to $200 and games include $1,$2, & $5 No Limit Hold'em games, $4, $8 & $12 Pot Limit Omaha Hi, and $1 & $8 Spread Limit Hold'em. The poker room features auto shufflers, cocktail service, food tableside, order from table, cell reception, and is located close to bathrooms.

The Poker Room features High Hand of the Hour, where from Tuesday to Thursday from 12pm to 11pm and on Friday from 12pm to 5pm the player with the highest hand of the hour receives $30 in chips, with ties splitting evenly. Jackpot Hands is another feature of the Hollywood Poker Room, and is 26 hands, paying 13 quads, 9 straight flushes and 4 royals for a total of 26 different ways to win with progressive jackpot.

Currently, Hollywood Casino doesn't run poker tournaments.
