No limit cash games have come to GrandWest Casino. The ten table poker pit is located on the main casino floor across from the MVG lounge. Tournaments are played weekly and entry fees can be paid on the day of the competition. Some are freeze-out, some allow rebuys.

The GrandWest Casino Series of Poker (GWSOP) is the big deal here with a final prize pool that usually reaches over a million rand. Satellites are held weekly with the big show downs every 3-4 months. Participation is usually around 200 players in the finals.
