My husband and I usually come to FL about every two months. We both play slot games. He wagers the maximum bets most of the time and I usually bet a minimum of $2.00 at most. He spends over $2,000 or more and I at least $1,000 or more. We both are VIP STATUS. The most in comp play has been $500 for him and $125 for me .Like I said we usually come ever 2 months stay the weekend two nights and then return home. We came to FL one day only to celebrate and then went home. We used our comp play that day and after the next comp flyer came in the mail, we had less comp play. We weren't very thrilled to see this so we called our casino host and she said that we lost our normal comp pay when we played for that one day. She never explained play of the slot machines and how we should use our comp play prior to this. We had absolutely no idea that our comp amount would be taken away. After the fact, she said we would have to earn it all over again. I feel we have already. We play more 10 hours or more every time we come. My husband spends Way More than me and to have that comp play REMOVED from $500 to $225 is ridiculous. Your calculator on your website says that he should be receiving more than $1000 in comp play per time played and wager. This is so unfair knowing that there are others who play just as much as he and I do and are receiving More comp play money. We were told the machine manually gives the comp pay and not the casino host. Please do your research as I have done mine and consider raising our comp. WE SINCERELY APPRECIATE THIS. THANK YOU!
