Owned and operated by MJC Investments Corporation, Winford Resort & Casino Manila (WRCM) is located in Metro Manila within the San Lazaro Tourism and Business Park. WRCM opened in 2017, is situated on 40 acres, and includes a 22-story, 128-room and suites luxury hotel. The casino-hotel complex features a 700-seat ballroom on the fourth floor and a range of food and beverage outlets.

Other amenities include a three-level entertainment and gaming area, featuring a wide variety of slots and table games like Blackjack, Roulette and Poker that are available 24/7. A helicopter pad, two pools including one designated for children, gym and spa, retail outlets, and an eight-level parking structure are also featured. 

The WRCM shuttle service provides members and guests complimentary/scheduled roundtrip transportation to the property from Caloocan, Bulacan, Quezon City, and other points in the Greater Manila Area.
