Formerly Sands Bethlehem, Wind Creek Bethlehem is owned and operated by the gaming arm of the Alabama-based Poarch Band of Creek Indians - Wind Creek Hospitality - after acquiring the Pennsylvania property from the Las Vegas Sands Corporation in May 2019 for $1.4 billion.

Located in the Lehigh Valley off Route 78, only 90 minutes from New York and 60 minutes from Philadelphia, the property sits on the historic Bethlehem Steel site, once the world's greatest producer of steel. Sands spent over $700 million transforming the property into a luxury resort unlike any other in the region - and indeed like none other in the world. The casino takes action 24/7 and opened on May 22, 2009. They have kept an iconic Iron theme with structural enhancements and accents that pay homage to the men and women who made America the premiere industrial leader in the world.

After a $160 million expansion completed in June 2023, there are now 553 keys total between the new and existing hotel towers. The entire top floor of the newest tower is a full - 11,600 sq ft - spa center and its sixth floor includes a fitness center and 6,424 sq ft pool with an outdoor terrace that faces the iconic stacks of the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation plant. Other amenities include 35,200 square feet of meeting space, including a 23,000 sq ft ballroom and a 5,400-square-foot bar off the new lobby. Guests will also find upscale lounges and nightlife, free live entertainment every weekend, a 150,000-square-foot retail mall, along with seven restaurants including a classic American steakhouse, buffet, express market bites, and more. 

The casino spans 183,000 square feet and features over 2,000 slots and video poker machines, 150-plus gaming tables including a 20-table smoke-free poker room spreading action 24/7. The gaming venue also offers Live Stadium Gaming with lolow-limitive dealer baccarat, roulette and now $5 minimum blackjack. Players are able to play multiple games simultaneously with the use of electronic betting terminals and also allows you to play at your own pace. To play, simply select a roulette/baccarat table from the monitor, place your bet and win big.

A full-service sportsbook (and bar and grill) powered by Betfred Sports is the latest addition to the casino and can be found in the space formerly occupied by Buddy V’s Ristorante. 

Plenty of parking is available, with a total of 4,451 parking spaces, including in the self-par garage and on the surface lot. Valet parking is also available.

Wind Creek Bethlehem offers approximately 61,000 sq ft of meeting space ideal for conferences and meetings. Its meeting space features 6 meeting rooms covering a floor area of 12,000 sq ft, ranging from the  1,175 sq ft Lehigh Room to the 3,555 sq ft Monroe Room, a 3,000 sq ft pre-function space and a 14,000 sq ft of trade show & event space.
