Update: In Sept 2022, the Oneida Indian Nation announced that its Turning Stone Resort & Casino would embark on its biggest expansion in 20 years. Expected to break ground sometime in 2023, the multi-year expansion project includes doubling the resort’s convention space, adding a 250-room hotel, along with new dining options, outdoor spaces and other amenities. The expansion is expected to be completed over several years. 

The Turning Stone Resort & Casino is located at 5218 Patrick Road in Verona, New York on 3,400 acres. When it opened in 1993, and for many years to come it was the only true casino in the state. The gaming floor spans upwards of 120,000 square feet and offers over 2,000 slots and video poker machines along with 66 Vegas-style table games and a state-of-the-art 32-table poker room. Casino Blu is the casino within the casino featuring smoker-friendly gaming floors with slots, table games and a self-serve beverage station. Keno is called about every five minutes and the Bingo Hall seats more than 1,000. All casino gambling is open 24 hours a day and available to those 18 and older.

Upstate Tavern

Wildflowers, located at The Lodge at Turning Stone Resort Casino, has been a AAA Four Diamond rated restaurant every year running since 2006. It is an intimate venue with only 65 seats, including patio dining. The Food Hall

The Food Hall offers guests six separate eateries serving everything from southern fried chicken, pizza and burgers to sweet or spicy Asian soups and noodles bowls to ice cream. Overstuffed deli sandwiches and vegetable dishes are always popular choices as well. Sample them all because they are convenient to the casino and the various hours make the choice simple sometimes. Bun Heaven - Serving a wide variety of burgers served on GMO-free buns, Hofmann hot dogs, tasty sides including onion rings, sweet potato fries, and tater tots, and yummy milkshakes and malts.

Located in the Bingo Hall, Delta Café offers a large fast food menu for when you want to grab a quick bite before bingo or a snack in between games. Opals

Tin Rooster

Turning Stone Event Center

The Event Center at Turning Stone Casino is the only Ticketmaster approved facility in the area and they host current, top name shows and entertainers several times every year. Hotel packages can include show tickets, dinner, and accommodations. There is no fee for parking and shuttles are provided for outlying lots. Valet parking is complimentary for registered guests of the hotel.

The large main arena (29,400 square feet main event floor) can host trade shows etc., there is also a 19,000-square-foot pre-function area, with 5 adjacent function rooms, which can be combined for larger gatherings (5,710 square feet).

The Showroom at Turning Stone

The Showroom at Turning Stone Resort Casino is an intimate 800 seat cabaret style theatre hosting everything from billboard top ten singers to stand up comedians and full scale musical productions. This is the place to see your favorites like Ziggy Marley, George Thorogood, or Boz Scaggs up close and personal for an amazing evening and memories to last a lifetime.

Turquoise Tiger - Sophisticated lounge and cocktail bar with a vintage vibe serving signature craft cocktails, domestic and imported beers, a nice selection of wine, tapas menu, and live entertainment. Open Fri. & Sat from 7pm to 2am. Friday Happy Hour with $4 mixed drinks from 7pm to 9pm.

Upstate Tavern - Featuring a selection of rotating craft beers, including the house brew, Upstate Lager, and the Empire State’s finest breweries including Saranac, Ithaca Beer Co., and Ommegang. Lava Nightclub

Lava Nightclub is a 21,000 square feet hot spot offering everything from bachelorette packages to live bands in a sexy, gritty, get down atmosphere. Beyond the average nightclub, Lava can accommodate an intimate 150-person setting up to 1200 guests and features five bars situated on two levels, a full-service outdoor patio bar and private cabanas, and DJ both with optional stage booth. Catering is available as are private event bookings, over VIP booths, and bottle service.

Turning Stone Resort Casino offers 125,000 square feet of flexible all-purpose meeting and convention space and can accommodate up to 2,000 guests. Pre-conference planning and assistance available, along with 24 break-out rooms, a conference center with 9 rooms, approximately 24,000 square feet of floor space; 6 of the rooms are at the casino floor level and can be combined for large gatherings; and 3 rooms on the second floor can be combined for a larger gathering; state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment; and on-site catering services.

 

Atrium Bar

Located in the forefront of the Exit 33 complex, the full-service 4,350 sq ft Atrium Bar offers cafe seating that opens up to all venues and features specialty hand-rolled sushi and hand-crafted cocktails.

NY Rec & Social Club
