The Linq Hotel & Casino (formerly The Quad,  Imperial Palace, and Flamingo Capri)  is a state of the art hotel and casino along the famous Las Vegas Strip, centered on The LINQ entertainment complex.  Part of the LINQ is the High Roller, the world's tallest observation wheel. Soaring to 550 feet, it is taller than the Eye of London. It has 28 cabins that can hold 40 people each and takes about half an hour to go around.

Being a car buff, one of my favorite attractions at The Linq is The Auto Collections. It features over 250 historical vehicles. According to a spokesperson, it’s the “world’s largest and finest selection of antique, classic, muscle and special-interest automobiles.” If you see one you like, buy it. Many of these vehicles are for sale. 
The exhibit is a popular attraction with tourists. On any given day 2,000 – 3,000 people visit it. The auto collection is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.

The new casino has 900 slots, 66 table games, a race book and a sports book. Slots start at a penny and go on up into the high roller category. The poker room closed on January 18, 2015. Gaming runs around the clock and you have to be 21 or older to be on the casino floor.

Dining options range from quick bites and desserts to a top shelf tequila bar with upscale Mexican food among others.

Take 80,000 square feet of space with 32 state of  the art lanes, add live music, nightlife, and an upscale menu featuring everything from vegetarian delights to pub bites, bbq, chicken dinners, and specialty fare and you have a great reason to be in the know about Brooklyn Bowl. You'll find it at the  LINQ's halfway point, in the Central Plaza.

Dig into monster portions 24 hours a day, go for the  one-pound burger stuffed with bacon and mashed potatoes, try the famous Fried Chicken Farm Benedict, drown it with  a BLT Bloody Mary! Famed for it’s breakfasts, the Hash House A Go Go serves up it’s “twisted farm food” twenty four hours a day. Profiled by such kitchen luminaries as Martha Stewart and Rachel Ray, the Hash House also offers such delicacies as Meat Loaf Pasta and the Big O' Crispy Pork Tenderloin Sandwich for lunch and dinner. Is the menu a little different? Yes. How about innovative, exciting and ohhh so delicious? You bet!

Flour & Barley

Brick oven pizza starts with Flour and Barley at the Linq. Nothing beats a pie coming from a traditional oven, wood-fired or otherwise. Fresh whole milk mozzarella and toppings made in house meld perfectly in the intense radiant heat. But it doesn't stop at pizza! Try some of the pasta dishes, paninis, slads or other fare in the cool retro interior or step out onto the LINQ and enjoy the entertainment. You could even walk by the window and simply gab a slice on your way to the High Roller too.

Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery

Enjoy dining or drinks in a modern Celtic-themed atmosphere, served by girls in plaid (tilted kilts) at this Linq attraction that is so much more than a sports bar. The Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery is located next to Flour and Barley in the Central Plaza and is a great place to stop into on your way to, or from the High Roller. Enjoy their classics like juicy burgers, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, and pub pretzels—that all get doused in its signature Guinness Beer Cheese Sauce.

Haute Doggery

"Street Food" is no longer a derogatory term as some of the best cuisines of the world have come into the public eye and palate now due to such venues being featured in Bon Apetit magazine and in the collective consciousness. The fun and always enjoyable hot dog has risen as well thanks to such places as Haute Doggery at the Linq.  Fancy up that dog with items like smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato confit, baby arugula and garlic-chive aioli and you have the Holstein's Gold Standard. Enjoy a Kobe beef frank, foie gras torchon, port onion marmalade and truffle mayo and you have a Billionaire Dog!

Yard House

Enjoy views of the High Roller from the huge patio at the Yard House at Linq hotel and casino. If you just want to wet your whistle you'll have over 160 crafts, ales, imports, specialties, and lagers to choose from not to mention a great variety of sake and trending cocktails. If the hungries get you, there are 130 items on the menu from flatbreads and street tacos to sliders, wraps, wings, and much more.

F.A.M.E. is a new concept dining adventure offering a phantasmagoria for all your senses. The main bent is Asian street food and one of the vendors even uses a faux food truck to deliver the fare. If you've been to Vegas lately you've seen the Fukuburger truck, well at F.A.M.E. you can get those Japanese fusion burgers plus tastes other from Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Korean, China and Vietnam. Raging ramen, boastful bbq, sizzling stir fry and delicate dim sum are on the menu along with live music.
