Located at 39 Smithe Street on the west side of BC Stadium in downtown Vancouver, the highly-anticipated Parc Vancouver opened its doors to the public on Friday, September 29. On the same day, the Edgewater Casino, located just across the street from the new Parq Vancouver, closed permanently.

The Parq Vancouver's 72,000 square feet of gaming is situated over two floors and features state-of-the-art gaming including 600 multi-denomination slots and 75 gaming tables on two levels. Guests will also enjoy a poker room, The Fortune High Limit Slot Lounge and 11 exclusive VIP salons where they can enjoy a private gaming experience including in-Salon or lounge dining, restrooms, casino cage and full-service VIP hosts.

Choose from five restaurants and three bars/lounges on premises taking up some 50,000 sq ft of food and beverage space. The casino is surrounded by over 500 hotel rooms between the JW Marriott, which includes 44 suites, 3 luxury suites and a two-floor villa, a 10,000 square foot Spa by JW and a state-of-the-art fitness studio. Guests of the spa also have access to the 4,240-square-foot fitness center. And the 188-room The Douglas, which features a full-sized replica of a Douglas fir, a lobby bar and The Parq, a 30,000 square foot one-of-a-kind sixth-floor park/multi-use facility which highlights the terrain of the B.C. topography and serves as a scenic backdrop for outdoor dining at the Victor and D/6 Bar & Lounge.

Meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions cover more than 60,000 square feet of floor space, including the city’s largest hotel ballroom, the 15,604 square foot Parq Grand Ballroom.

The entire entertainment complex covers 775,000-square-feet.

Located next to B.C. Place Stadium the resort is also a short distance from Rogers Arena offering easy access to Vancouver’s premier sports and event venues.

The Asian quick-service eatery will also have an extensive coffee and tea menu. The coffee bar will serve a variety of specialty coffees, espresso and pastries. Mrkt East will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Honey Salt

Located on Parq Vancouver’s first floor, Honey Salt has a neighborhood feel and serves farm-to-table cuisine with an emphasis on locally and regionally sourced ingredients. The lively bar boasts an impressive selection of regional beers, spirits and delicious cocktails. Honey Salt serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with brunch and afternoon tea.

The Victor

Located on Parq’s sixth-floor rooftop, The Victor overlooks False Creek and a 30,000 square foot rooftop urban park and offers a contemporary and seasonally inspired menu of Pacific Northwest seafood and steaks. Guests will also enjoy a centerpiece sushi and seafood bar, which features sashimi, hand-rolled sushi, west coast oysters, Dungeness crab, clams, lobsters and mussels. The elegant, full bar features premium libations, an innovative cocktail menu and an extensive selection of champagnes and wines.

The Victor will open winter 2017 and serve dinner seven nights along with weekend brunch.

Located on the sixth floor of the Douglass, The Parq is a 30,000 square foot one-of-a-kind outdoor park connecting the hotels.
