Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel is located at 310 Fourth Street and is the only AAA 4-Diamond Award-winning Hotel in Niagara Falls, NY. The hotel offers over 600 well-appointed rooms and luxurious suites and is the largest hotel in New York outside of Manhattan. Amenities include a spa, salon, and fitness center, indoor pool, golf course, three entertainment venues, three bars and lounges, seven restaurants and three quick bites options.

Before remodeling and opening as a casino hotel in 2002, the 23-floor building was the Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center. The facility still offers about 36,000 square feet of meeting, event, and banquet space and features a Conference Center and multiple large conference rooms.

There are a multitude of gaming options at the casino including over 3,300 reel and video slot machines and electronic table games and video poker; nearly 100 table games featuring casino staples such as Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette as well as more exotic options like Pai Gow Poker, Let it Ride, and Spanish 21; a 16-table poker room offering cash games and tournament play, and a keno lounge.
