Located near the West parking garage, Red Rock has a spacious, 20-table, 24-hour, non-smoking poker room. The action is usually Limit Holdem and No Limit Holdem, with all game types offered including Stud, Omaha, Mix Games of all limits. The tables are new and all have auto-shufflers. The swivel chairs have rollers and there are 15 TVs that are easily seen from every seat.

The sportsbook and bar are adjacent to the room, so drink service is fast. The restrooms are in the room and massage is available, as well as USB at every table, Wi-Fi, check cashing, cocktail service, you can order food at the table and parking is free.

T-Bones Chophouse

Described as a "modern American chophouse," T-Bones Chophouse specializes in USDA Prime dry and wet-aged beef cuts, grass-fed bison, and premium wagyu. The fish is flown in fresh each day at T-Bones and includes a nice selection of dishes including Alaskan King Crab, Dover Sole, and Branzino, along with crab cakes, and a Bigeye Tuna Tartare, to name a few. Osteria Fiorella

A display kitchen, outdoor patio, and full bar all make for a unique dining experience at Osteria Fiorella. Led by celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri, the restaurant features classic Italian fare, such as antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood-burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven, and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Guests will find a wine list that includes Italian favorites, as well as the standards. Happy Hour Mon – Thurs 4:30pm – 6pm.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Red Rock offers a full menu of Japanese cuisine including a curated menu of high-quality sushi and sashimi, along with an array of hot Japanese specialties, grilled burgers, and the famous Blue Ribbon wings. Guests can dine at the sushi bar, at the indoor/outdoor cocktail bar, in the dining room, and at the outdoor Kanpai Beer Garden. The restaurant offers an extensive wine, beer, sake and cocktail list to complement menu choices.

Lotus of Siam

located on the Northeast side of the resort on the casino floor near Rocks Lounge, this northern Thai restaurant is known for Thai-style stews and coconut-less curries, all served with heat levels from 1 to 10. Menu highlights include the nam-prik-ong red chili dip, roasted duck curry, and thum-ka-noon with its mix of pork, tomato, jackfruit, and spices. Serving brunch on Sat & Sun. Walk-ins accepted based on availability.

8 Noodle Bar

• Serving: Asian Fusion

8 Noodle Bard at the Red Rock Casino treats guests to Asian Fusion, with touches of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisines. Led by Chef Andy Vu, 8 Noodle Bar features dishes that are made using fresh ingredients, rich broths, with an emphasis on noodle and rice bowls.

Lucille's Smokehouse

Leoncito

Added to Red Rock in Nov 2023, the 10,000-square-foot Leoncito offers a regionally inspired menu featuring contemporary Mexican cuisine and a special emphasis on artisanal cocktails, craft tequila and mezcal, of which there is an extensive selection of more than 200 varieties. Diners choose from dishes such as the watermelon tostada, queso fundido, and tacos, all with seven flavor options to choose from ranging from chicken tinga to Baja fish. Entree selections include wood-fired salmon, a 6-ounce steak picado, green enchiladas and mole poblano. For sweets lovers, the classic Mexican flan, a buñuelo ice cream sandwich, an ice cream sundae and decadent chocolate torta cake are hard to refuse!

Leoncito is open seven days a week with indoor and outdoor seating for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. There is also a spacious outdoor patio with fire pits.

Onyx bar

Open 7 nights a week, Onyx Bar at the Red Rock Casino is located across from T-bones Chophouse and features an impressive selection of rare barrel-aged whiskey, bourbon, rye, and single-malt scotch and its signature cocktails are hand-crafted by some of the city’s most sought-after bartenders. Sports Book Bar

Open 24/7, the Sports Book Bar is located at the entrance of the Red Rock Race and Sports Book. Sandbar

The Sandbar Poolside Grille offers a casual, laid-back atmosphere at the pool's edge while enjoying a full menu of refreshing cocktails, energy drinks, draft and bottled beer, champaign, wine, cabana bottle service, water, soft drinks and tasty poolside eats. 

Lobby Bar

Get the party started as soon as you enter the Red Rock Casino at the Lobby Bar. Located at the base of the two staircases from the casino floor to the hotel reception, the Lobby Bar is a great place to enjoy a cocktail while waiting to check in or before heading to dinner. Open nightly from 4pm. 

Rouge Room

This indoor-outdoor Parisian-inspired cocktail lounge is a nod to the 1920s and is located in the heart of the casino. Rouge Room offers elevated French-driven cuisine, experiential cocktails and diverse live entertainment. The luxurious venue also includes an upscale, adults-only poolside experience that features live music, along with eight cabanas, multiple lounge-style seating options and a full bar. Reservations necessary. 21 & older. The Flying Pig Lounge

Located in Lucille’s, the Flying Pig Lounge oozes down-home hospitality, rockin' the house on Saturday evenings with live soul-shakin' blues bands and Southern-inspired eats and ice-cold brews. Enjoy Happy Hour Monday-Friday. 

Bowling Bar

Located in the heart of Red Rock's luxury bowling center, this customer-favorite bowling bar serves tasty bar-inspired eats, ice-cold brews and other libations, along with billiards, darts and bowling, or course. 

Polaris Bar

Open 24 hours, Polaris Bar is located on the north side of the casino just steps from the gaming floor, between Lotus of Siam and Naxos Taverna. Stop by before or after dinner for signature cocktails and while you're there do some sports watching and try your luck at bartop gaming.
