To be located at Princess Grand Jamaica situated between Montego Bay and Negril, Jamaica,  the country’s first casino will be a key feature of the new resort in the parish of Hanover. The yet-to-be-named casino is expected to open mid to late 2025. Located on Green Island near Negril, Princess Grand Jamaica is set to become the country's largest resort complex when fully built with a total of 2,037 rooms, including two adults-only hotels. The resort’s second phase, which includes the casino, will also reportedly feature 1,025 hotel rooms and 14 overwater villas.  

Princess Grand Jamaica offers 590 suites, platinum suites, family and master suites along with 9 restaurants serving local and international cuisine, 8 bars and a complete entertainment and activities program, including tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, archery, gym, yoga, water sports, 3 pools and an aquatic park withexciting slides and more. There kids club features a variety of activity zones while nanny service is available at an additional charge.
