Caesars Entertainment celebrated the grand opening of its Danville, Virginia casino on December 17, 2024, after breaking ground for the $650-plus million entertainment complex on August 11, 2022. The state's third casino is a partnership between Caesars and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. The property includes a 12-story, 320-room hotel tower, several dining options including everything from grab-and-go to gourmet and an eatery from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey. Other property amenities include a full-service spa, a pool, and 50,000 square feet of flexible meeting and convention space that serves double duty as a 2,500-seat live entertainment venue.

The property's approximately 90,000 square feet of gaming space offers some 800 slot machines, more than 30 table games, a full-service sportsbook with both live betting windows and kiosks, and a 4,900 square feet World Series of Poker-branded card room with 21 custom tables.
