With a soft opening on December 14, 2014, and a Grand Opening on February 2, 2015, City of Dreams Manila  marked the beginning of a new era in Philippines gambling and entertainment. The Tasting Room

Located on the ground floor of Crown Towers, The Tasting Room features uniquely crafted tasting menus, a private dining area, and wine cellar. Four degustation menus with five to eight courses of dishes that resemble works of art are served with finesse. French chef de cuisine William Mahi is at the helm of the restaurant where nori butter spread on olive bread, goat’s cheese topped with pork flakes, foie gras lollipops, and limoncello jelly amuse-bouche, await you.

Crystal Dragon

Located at the Upper Ground Floor of Crown Towers, Crystal Dragon features authentic regional Chinese dishes and premium Cantonese fare. Lunch and dinner are served a la carte, along with dim sum, fine Chinese teas, and Chef’s recommendation menus.

Located on the ground floor of the north gaming area, at Noodl8 you can create your own noodle soup. Choose from rice, egg, glass, udon and ramen noodles, then choose from five broths, protein, vegetable, and condiments. Noodl8's menu also offers appetizers, dim sum, Asian noodles, side dishes, desserts, and a wide variety of beverages.

Ruby Jack's Steakhouse and Bar

The Café

Located on the ground floor of the south gaming area, The Café is open daily around the clock. The 315-seat restaurant features live culinary theatre performed by chefs in an interactive show-kitchen, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as delicious late-night fare. Circular booths, as well as private and semi-private rooms, are offered.
