Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada is huge resort with countless facilities. The property spans 85-acres at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, just 10-minutes from McCarran International Airport. There are a total of 3,960 rooms and suites throughout five hotel towers, including the world's first Nobu Hotel. The latest of the five hotel towers to open (Feb. 2013), Nobu has 181 rooms including 18 suites. Guests who stay at the elegant boutique hotel, enjoy private check-in and the unique benefit of room service from Nobu’s acclaimed culinary team.

In total, there is 300,000 sq ft of meeting/convention/ballroom facilities at Caesars, including the 4,300-seat Colosseum, a concert venue for regular acts like Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart and Jerry Seinfeld. The property's elevated nightlife scene includes everything from upscale bars and lounges to the lively multi-level OMNIA nightclub. Foodies absulutely Caesars, which offers some of the finest restaurants on the Strip, such as Nobu, Restaurant Guy Savoy, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen and Bacchanel Buffet, which was voted Best Buffet in Las Vegas by USA Today. 

Shopping at Caesars is also unmatched in Sin City, with Forum Shops and its 675,000 sq ft of retail, including more than 140 or so specialty shops, dining and entertainment. Other properties inlcude the 50,000 sq ft Qua Baths & Spa, fitness center, salon, and 7 pools spanning five acres, featuring a total of 45 cabanas and 65 daybeds. There are even swim-up blackjack tables at Fortuna Pool. 

There is about 13,000 sq ft of gaming space at Caesars, including more than 1,300 slots, video reel machines, video poker games, video blackjack and keno, 185 table games, a 4,500 sq ft, 16-table poker room and Caesars Race & Sportsbook.

Recently relocated between The Colosseum and the Race & Sports Book, Caesars 4,500 square feet poker room features 16 high-quality tables with free upgraded Wi-Fi and USB charging ports at each seat, and chairs (comfortable, wheeled); auto shufflers, food tableside, massage, comps, cash games, TVs, cocktail service, check cashing, and food order service. The room offers 24-hour poker action with cash games of all stakes and four daily No Limit Texas Hold' em poker tournaments.

The room spreads a variety of low and middle limit and NL games (no max buy-in) and multiple daily tournaments.  The daily tourneys have excellent structures with starting chip stacks and level times that offer a generous amount of play (see the Items of Interest for structures).  Caesars' tourneys are among the most popular in Las Vegas, typically drawing 50-100 entrants; see the schedule above.

Waitlists are posted electronically on two LCD screens; it's very easy for players to see their position on the waitlist.  Players can call ahead to get on the list (up to an hour ahead) for their desired game.

The floor staff members are friendly and professional; they do an excellent job of clearing lists and making sure players are seated in their preferred game.  Dealers, too, are pleasant and efficient; unlike some of those we've seen at other casinos, they actually seem to like their job and work to keep play moving and enjoyable.

Caesars serves restaurant quality food at the tables (ask for a menu) and free drinks.

Nobu Caesars Palace

At 11,200 sq ft, including the dining area and adjacent lounge with sushi bar, private dining area and circular central bar, Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace' namesake restaurant, Nobu, has the distinction of being the largest Nobu restaurant in the world. Located in the heart of Nobu Hotel, it is also the only U.S. Nobu Restaurant that offers teppan tables. Serving award-wining Japanese cuisine, the menu pleases most every palate, with imported Asian and Japanese fish, imported seafood and exotic delicacies, as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Café Americano

Located at Caesars Palace near the hotel registration area, Café Americano is open 24/7 and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from a variety of dishes featuring classic American, Latin, Asian and Tex-Mex cuisines. And if you're looking for a little hair of the dog that bit you after a night of partying, be sure and try Café Americano’s Bloody Mario made with basil and tomato-infused vodka, a Caprese skewer and balsamic glaze drizzle or another guest favorite, the Bloody ‘Merica with vodka, smoky boullion, house bloody mary mix, pulled pork olives and onions.  

Amalfi

Located in Caesars Palace, Bobby Flay's Amalfi features Italian cuisine inspired by the celebrity chef's extensive travels to the Amalfi Coast. The restaurant serves fish fresh from the Mediterranean Sea, light antipasti, a sizeable menu of pastas, whole fresh fish, such as Red Snapper, Branzino, Carbinero Shrimp, Swordfish Steak and more. 

 

 

Pronto by Giada

• Serving: Quick Eats, Italian

Open daily at Caesars Palace, Pronto by Giada offers breakfast, lunch and dinner made fast. Visitors choose from menu options including house-made pastries, paninis, anitpasti, specialty coffee, charcuterie and gelato desserts. The adjacent wine bar features more than 40 wines by the glass and sample selection from wine flights, while signature cocktails pair well with a selection of bar bites that you'll only find at Pronto. 

 

Peter Luger Steak House

A true American classic, Peter Luger Steak House has been a New York City institution since 1887. 

 

debuted inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in November 2023. The steak house was established in Brooklyn, NY in 1887 and has been rated the top steakhouse in the state since 1984. 

Beijing Noodle No. 9

• Serving: Chinese

Located next to the Bacchanal Cafe, Beijing Noodle No. 9 features a 14-page menu, which means you'll have a difficult time deciding on which of the plethora of offerings to choose. While we recommend the Braised Pork Belly and the Xaio Long Bao soup dumplings, there are many Northern Chinese signatures and specialties on the extensive menu, with top picks being Beijing pancakes, wonton soup, fried rice, and dim sum of all kind. Guests can choose vegetables, pork, chicken, seafood or beef. Noodles are hand-made nightly at Beijing Noodle and the open kitchen gives onlookers an opportunity to watch the skilled process.

Restaurant Guy Savoy

• Serving: French

Located in the Augustus Tower, near Qua spa and the wedding chapels, Restaurant Guy Savoy features delicate, acclaimed French masterpieces created by Michelin-star chef, Guy Savoy. The menu of traditional French cuisine includes many classic Savoy dishes from the chef's Paris restaurant, such as Soupe d'artichaut à la truffe noire, brioche feuillellée aux champignons et truffles; and Fondant au Chocolat or Terrine de Pamplemousse for dessert.

We recommend the Foie Gras and the Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup and perhaps a visit to the Caviar Room, which offers an exclusive menu of caviar dishes.

Mr Chow

• Serving: Chinese

Located on the second story of Caesars Palace overlooking the breathtaking Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, guests access Mr Chow via a set of private elevators on the casino floor level. The upscale, elegant Beijing cuisine eatery seats 250, including terrace seating and three private dining spaces that can accommodate up to 50 people each. Dishes are served family-style and are led by Beijing Duck and other signature dishes including Chicken Satay, Green Prawns, and hand-pulled MR CHOW Noodles. Additionally, the menu features a selection of premium champagne and specialty cocktails.

 

Forum Food Hall

• Serving: Italian, Asian, Mexican, American, Desserts, Coffee, Bakery Goods

Forum Food Hall is like a high-end food court at Caesars Palace. Here you can find Starbucks' coffess and quick bites, pizza and other Italian offerings from Difara Pizza, street tacos, nachos and margaritas from Taco and more. Other Forum Food Hall offerings include: Bobby's Burgers from Bobby Flay, The Halal Guys, Crepes and More and the Earl of Sandwich.

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen

Inspired by the global hit reality television show, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen is located at Caesars Palace in the Roman Plaza. The elegant restaurant features a private dining room and a contemporary bar while the Red and Blue kitchens serve up modern lunch and dinner menus including Hell’s Kitchen signature dishes, such as the tender, melt-in-your-mouth Beef Wellington and the decadent Stcky Toffee Pudding.  

Bacchanal Buffet

At over 25,000 sq ft, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is the largest buffet in Las Vegas! The fully renovated dining room features numerous daily chef specials, 9 distinct kitchens, including a new seafood kitchen, and carving stations, with so many flavors, you'll be hard-pressed to choose from all of the options. You'll find everything from Roman-style pizza to roaming dim sum carts, along with originals like chipotle bourbon BBQ oysters and duck carnitas quesadillas. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are also available, as well as a selection of Laotian, Filipino, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, along with American and Latin stations and so much more. Located right off the slots area.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is located at Caesars Palace and offers an authentic English pub experience. Like two restaurats in one, the pub side has a casual bar atmosphere and traditional Btitish pub fare like chef Ramsay's famous fish and chips, Scotch eggs, shepard's pie and more. On the grill side, you'll choose from more upscale food such as Beef Wellington, braised short rib, prime New York strip steak and roasted Scottish salmon. The pub also offers 36 beers on tap including Guinness, Boddingtons, etc., and also 63 bottled beers.

What could be better than Guy Savoy grab-and-go?!Chef's sweet and savory brioche shop offers tastes of his flaky French pastry that can be stuffed with mushrooms, Parmesan and nuts, or sweet candied fruit and pralines. Varieties include almond and candied fruit, Nutella and banana, peanut butter and jelly or cinnamon, any of which complement fine brewed Coperaco coffees.

The Colosseum

The Colosseum at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas is the venue of choice on the Strip if you want to see big name entertainment.  There really are no bigger names than Sir Elton John, Celine Dion, Rod Stewart, and Sting and this is where you will find them. Accessible/disabled seating is available in all price levels of the theatre. There are more than 4,300 seats, 156 speakers and a 15,700 sq ft stage at this concert venue. 

 

 

Omina

Located at Caesars Palace, Omnia is a multi-level 75,000 sq ft ultra nightclub lounge with rooftop garden. Visitors enjoy world renown DJs, three lounges, including the ultra-lounge, a high-energy main room and mezzanine, 96 VIP tables, bottle service and more. Be 21 and up and dress smart casual to be a part of the action here. Open Friday's and Saturday's.

Nobu Hotel Business Lounge

Built in 2020, Caesars Forum has more than 300,000 sq ft of flexible space, including two of the largest pillarless ballrooms in the world, and can accommodate over 10,000 attendees at one time. The 120-seat Stadia bar and lounge offers a unnique sports viewing expereince, with large HD TVs and extensive drinks menus, with cocktails, beer, wine and spirits. Visitors choose from classic libations to specialty drinks and hard to find spirits. Guests can also order from Bobby's Burger and Difara Pizza Menus. 

 

Vanderpump Cocktail Garden

This sexy garden oasis is located at Caesars Palace near the entrance to Forum Shops. Visitors to Lisa Vanderpump's namesake cocktail garden can choose from a selection of light bites and hand-crafted drinks such as the English Garden. A crowd favorite, the tasty cocktail is made with Hendrick's gin, elderflower, basil, lemon & lime, black pepper, lavender, celery bitters, and Aquafaba.
