Located in Downtown Hartford, Connecticut at the XL Center, a multi-purpose arena and convention center, the XL Center Sportsbook and Sports Bar had a soft opening on Sept. 9 and a grand opening on Sept. 18, 2023. The 5,000-square-foot, 300-person capacity sports betting lounge can be accessed directly via its dedicated entrance on the corner of Church St. and Ann Uccello St. Visitors will find 86 TV screens and a hundred-foot-long video wall from which spreads, prop bets, and parlays can be tracked. Offering full food and beverage service, including 40 beers on tap. Place your wagers on one of a dozen self-service kiosks. Open 7 days a week. You must be 21 or older to gamble and/or drink alcohol. Be prepared to show ID.

There is no on-site lodging but the Capitol Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection, a 9-floor, 96-room boutique hotel is about a 10-minute walk to XL Center and approx. 1 minute by car. The Goodwin is within 0.1 mile/328 feet of XL Center and features a fitness center, business center, and a bar. Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Downtown is also just 0.1 miles from XL Center.
