Evansville, Wyoming has off track betting and other ways to risk and win at games of chance. Wyoming Downs, LLC opened its fifth OTB facility in a parlor tucked behind the La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant in the Shilo Inn in late March 2014.
There are 8 big screens that broadcast horse, harness, and greyhound races from around the country that players can bet on. Live races run every 20-30 minutes so in the times between players can stake their wagers on historic races using machines that look just like a slot machine, but results are determined from a random historic race from a pool of over 200,000 in the databanks.
Pari-Mutuel Historic Racing has been legal in Wyoming since February 2013.

There hasn't been off track betting in Evansville, Wyoming since the last parlor closed in 2011, but that all changed when Wyoming Downs opened their simulcast and Instant Racing facility at the Shilo Inn in March or 2014. Enjoy watching live horse races, harness racing, and even bet on greyhound races on 8 big flat screen TV's. There are also 32 "Instant Racing" or Pari-Mutuel Historic Racing machines here.
