Opened in 2008, Wind River Hotel and Casino is located about 2 Miles South of Riverton, Wyoming on Highway 789. It is owned by the Northern Arapaho Tribe and is the largest casino property in Wyoming. The casino, hotel, and restaurants are open 24 hours a day.

The 25,000 square floor casino floor is host to about 800 slots and video poker machines by well known makers such as IGT. There are 10 table games in total, one of which is a dedicated Texas Hold 'Em live action poker table. When poker tournaments are in play, up to 10 of the tables are used for poker.

The property features a 90 room hotel, two 24 hour restaurants, an espresso shop and 2 gift shops. The location makes it an ideal jumping off point for day trips to Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole ski resort, and a tour of the Grand Teton mountains (a French name referring to the mountain peaks resembling part of the female anatomy). Low cost shuttle and bus tours that nearly pay for themselves in comps and free play are offered regionally.
