Tigre de Cristal is the first of as many as 8 casinos expected to open in the Primorsky Integrated Entertainment Zone (IEZ) outside of Vladivostok, Russia. Phase II is expected to open in 2018 and will include a 4 star hotel with 300 rooms and a 5 star hotel with 200 rooms. Non-gaming facilities will feature a shopping mall, additional food and beverage outlets, a nightclub, spa center, and conference facilities.

At build-out the total number of slots is expected to be 1,300 slots, 125 VIP gaming tables and 110 Mass gaming tables.

One billion dollars will be spent to bring the pioneer Russian gaming establishment to fruition. Eventual nearby and on-locale amenities will include a pier to accommodate up to 65 ships. a yacht club, ski site, trade and exhibition center, administration area, guest villas, landscaped places and beaches.

The name "Crystal Tiger" is said to allude to transparency, clarity - a "decent and clean business" while evoking awareness of a tiger, which to Primorye and Asians needs no further explanation.
