On October 15, 2021, the 350,000 sq ft Meadows Racetrack and Casino officially became "Hollywood Casino at the Meadows" to reflect the flagship brand of Penn National Gaming. Located in North Strabane Township at 210 Racetrack Rd, in Washington, Pennsylvania, the facility offers convenient lodgings at the smoke-free, family-friendly Hyatt Place Pittsburgh South, which is connected to the casino via covered walkway. In addition to 155 guestrooms, the hotel features an on-site restaurant/bar/lounge, a coffee shop, cafe, and a 24/7 spot for packaged grab-and-goes. Other hotel amenities include an indoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, 1,800 square feet of function space, and free self-parking. 

Hollywood Casino 131,000 sq ft of gaming features more than 2,500 slots and video poker machines, 65-plus table games, and a 14-table poker room with an open view of live racing. There is also a racing grandstand with VIP suites, a simulcast betting area, and an all-ages bowling center with 24 lanes - 4 of which are in the VIP Suite, full-service bar and menu, alongside a high limit slots and video poker area with bets up to $100 and an exclusive high limit table games room allowing bets up to $15,000, true VIP treatment,  exceptional service, and a relaxing, upscale atmosphere.

There are several dining options including everything from quick eats and buffet, to Asian cuisine, steakhouse and Italian, along with a five-restaurant concept by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, with great views of the gaming floor and the racetrack.

Hollywood Casino at the Meadows' Poker Room is located on the casino floor, where you will find 14 action-packed tables, an open view of live racing, and full Terrace menu service. Live games such as Texas Hold'em and Omaha run 3 days a week! Texas Hold'em is perhaps the most popular live-action poker game in the world. They also spread Omaha, a popular derivative of Hold'em. Bistecca

• Serving: Steakhouse

If you would like to enjoy the best of two worlds try Bistecca at Meadows. Here you will find a classic American steakhouse with Italian flair. This upscale eatery is located on the Sky Level and presents amazing views of the racetrack and casino floor. Not only a place to sup an opulent meal, including USDA Prime steaks and seafood, from Chef Chef Santilli's kitchen but Bistecca's signature lounge, CB, is a great place to enjoy after-dinner drinks and a fine selection of cigars and wine. The lounge, or if weather permits, the patio, also features an extensive offering of appetizers.  

The Carvery

Centrally located inside The Meadows Casino on the main casino floor, next to the Vibe Lounge, The Carvery offers an American casual sit-down menu. Beautiful views of Hollywood Casino at the Meadows and a live carving station situated in the middle of the restaurant make for an elevated dining experience. Must be 21 and older to enter. 

The Pub

• Serving: American, Bar/Pub

Located inside of Meadows Lanes, on the racing level of the Hollywood Casino at the Meadows, just across from the sportsbook and the banquet/conference center, The Pub's list of amenities is extensive. The Pub offers tasty dining options that go above and beyond the typical bowling alley fare. The venue is open 7 days a week and offers a menu of burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and tasty pizzas as well as one of the most extensive craft beer menus around, with more than a dozen local craft flavors on tap and over 60 available by the bottle.

Parlay Lounge

• Serving: Bar/Pub

Parlay Lounge is located in the Hyatt Place Hollywood Casino & Racetrack Pittsburgh South, which is connected to The Hollywood Casino at the Meadows. Visitors will find eleven 55" TVs, along with an extensive selection of wines, beers and specialty cocktails at the Lounge's indoor bar. The oudoor patio has a fire pit, heaters and three 65" TVs while the family-friendly restaurant serves small bits and entrees, including rolled to order sushi. 

Happy Hour daily 5-7pm. 

The Pub Trackside

• Serving: Bar/Pub, American

The Pub Trackside is located right next to the racetrack on the opposite side of the sportsbook and the banquet/conference center. They offer a variety of hearty fare for you to enjoy along with the great views of live racing action more than 200 days every year. Whether you just want to munch on some tasty finger foods or enjoy a Kielbasa & Kraut or grilled Sicilian panini, or a 1# burger stacked sky high, this is a great place to eat.

Open during all live races, (beginning in April) from start time of live racing through the final race of the day.

Miller Lite Brewhouse

• Serving: Bar/Pub, Pizza, Salads, Sandwiches, Appetizers

Located at the south end of the apron, the Miller Lite Brewhouse allows you to grab a bite and a drink without having to miss any of the live harness racing action. The bar's TVs show games and events so you can keep an eye on scores while enjoying yourself. And if you feel the urge to do some gambling, the casino is just inside for anyone 21 or older.

Open seasonally and for special events, the bar is open to all ages. It’s covered but open-air.

The Eatery by Fabio Viviani

• Serving: Italian, Asian, American

The Eatery by TV Chef Fabio Viviani features five restaurants with everything from great Italian eats and gourmet burgers to noodles and General Tso's chicken, pastries and desserts, and excellent craft and draft beer. The Eatery offers something for every appetite. 

Visitors can choose from five dining options:

2Ten Drafthouse: casino bar featuring a specialty cocktail menu, a craft beer selection, and more. Open daily from 11am to 11pm. 

Mercato: featuring Italian cuisine, serving gourmet pizza by the slice and the whole pie, Stromboli, calzones, cold sandwiches and salads. Open Sun. - Thurs. 11am to 9pm and Fri. & Sat. from 11am to midnight. 

The Classic: serving gourmet burgers and sandwiches, such as Po Boys, Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese, crispy chicken with bourbon syrup and more. Open Sun. - Thurs. 8am to 4am and Fri. & Sat. from 8am to 5am.

Joe & Dough: Grab 'n go serving handcrafted desserts such as cannoli, key lime tarts, creme brulee, croissants, salads, sandwiches and LavAzza coffee. Open Sun. 11am to 5pm and Fri. & Sat. from 5pm to 9pm.

Zen Noodle: serving Asian cuisine on the go, featuring chicken satay, pho and hu tieu soup, mei nam noodles, General Tso's chicken, beef & broccoli and much more. Open Sun. 3pm to 9pm and Fri. & Sat. from 5pm to 11pm.

Embers Lounge

Situated alongside the racetrack at the south end of the apron at Hollywood Casino at the Meadows, Embers Lounge features food and a full bar and there is seating around fire pits. The menu offers a modern take on classic food such as "grown up" hot pockets, burgers. flatbreads and sharable s'mores. Also available are signature cocktails like margaritas and an espresso chocolate s'mores drink make with chocolate liqueur, espresso and vanilla vodka.
