The Brook, formerly Seabrook Greyhound Park, opened in 1973 and played host to live racing for nearly 40 years. The 75-acre property is located just a mile across the New Hampshire/Massachusetts border, at Exit 1 on Rt 95. The iconic New Hampshire venue was acquired by Nevada-based Eureka Casino Resorts, a 100 percent employee-owned company, in 1999, after which it completed a yearlong, multi-million-dollar expansion and remodel in 2020, making it the largest charity casino in the U.S. 

The 90,000 square foot facility is approximately 42 miles from downtown Boston and only 20 minutes from Portsmouth and features live table games, Stadium Gaming, a 20,000 square foot DraftKings Sportsbook, the largest in New England, opened in August 2020, in partnership with the New Hampshire Lottery. It was the first in the state. The gaming and leisure venue allows sports fans to place legal bets on all major professional and collegiate US sports via betting windows and self-serve kiosks. There is also a dedicated poker room that offers a mix of daily cash games and tournaments. The Brook's on-site restaurants offer regional Seacoast favorites and New England staples, and some of the best craft beers in New Hampshire. The facility also has plenty of space for meetings and private events.

The 18-table non-smoking Poker Room at The Brook offers Cash High Hand 7 days a week along with buy-ins ranging from $300 to $1000 and No Limit Hold'Em tournament play. Lucky's at The Brook is a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether it be coffee or cocktails, steak & eggs or pot roast, there is something for everyone on Lucky's menu. Taking you back in time, daily specials include a full Italian dinner on Saturday and a roast turkey dinner on Sunday. *Minors are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

The Deck

Choose from Victory Kitchen menu items to enjoy in the fresh air on The Deck. The outdoor space features a huge 8K TV screen to watch all the big games on, and a firepit to keep you warm and cozy on those chilly New Hampshire nights. Open daily, depending on the weather. 

 

Victory Kitchen

Visitors can order from the Victory Kitchen from anywhere at The Brook. Choose from the tailgate menu including starters like pub pretzels, nachos and sweet potato fries, along with pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Wash it all down with your choice of bottled, draft and craft beers, pitchers, seltzers, wine and more.

Part of its multi-million addition and renovation in 2022, the 300-seat Seasons Showroom is outfitted with comfortable couches and booths and high-top tables, along with a dedicated bar area and multiple VIP sections. The venue plays host to regular headliner music events, tribute bands and comedians.
