Owned and operated by the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation, Sycuan Casino Resort is located at 5469 Casino Way in El Cajon, California, about 30 minutes from San Diego. On March 27, 2019, the property celebrated its Grand Opening as a "resort" having completed a 500,000-square-foot, $260 million expansion.

The newly expanded property now features a 12-story luxury hotel tower with 302 guest rooms, including 57 suites, which is adjacent to Sycuan's existing casino. Other additions include 60,000 square ft. dedicated to new gaming space, 42,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, a full-service spa with treatment rooms and sauna, a 24-hour fitness center, a 4-acre pool complex complete with a 200-foot lazy river, two pools — one adults only, one for families — and poolside bars and grill, gardens, and more than 10 restaurants and bars, including a fast-casual dining hall - The unCommons - which features five San Diego-centric eateries, and a fine dining venue, Bull and Bourbon.

Sycuan's 60,000 sq ft casino floor includes approximately 2,800 slots and video poker machines with a wide range of denominations, including high limits, more than 50 table games running craps, roulette, baccarat and other card games. Also featured is a 1,200 seat Bingo Hall, Asian games, off-track betting and a smoke-free 17-table poker room and more.

Guests also have access to Sycuan’s championship golf courses by complimentary shuttle.

A contemporary three-meal restaurant, Sycuan's Viewpoint Neighborhood Kitchen features a Southern California-inspired menu and both indoor and outdoor dining. This aesthetically pleasing dining experience features a full-bar complete with bar-top gaming machines along with a menu featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner fare. The Buffet
