Bloomberry Resort's Solaire Resort North is a 1.5-hectare property situated in the Vertis North mixed-use estate in Quezon City, north of the Philippine capital of Manila. Commercial operations started at the $1 billion development on May 25, 2024. Bloomberry's second casino resort in the Philippines and first luxury integrated resort in Quezon City features 526 guestrooms and suites, a Sky Bar on the 33rd floor offering expansive district views, 11 restaurants and bars including three signature dining options and a food court, meeting and banqueting facilities, live entertainment and more than 10,000 square meters (107,639 sq ft) dedicated to the latest slots and table games, as well as VIP spaces. There are over 160 gaming tables and more than 2,600 electronic gaming machines. Recreational facilities will include an outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, a gym, spa and children’s play area.

Bloomberry Resorts' is also responsible for Solaire Resort & Casino in Parañaque and has a stake in the Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino in South Korea. The company also plans to build another casino resort in Cavite, south of Manila where it will reportedly start developing the project once Solaire North has started commercial operations.

Situated across the Solaire Grand Ballroom, the Ballroom Terrace offers 430 sqm of ideal outdoor space perfect for cocktail affairs and intimate gatherings.
