Seven Hills Golf Resort & Casino will be located on over 600 acres of lush waterfront property near Robin Bay, on the south side of the island in St. Criox, USVI. Although a  full casino license hasn't been announced yet, the casino commission reserved one of the six licenses to be issued on St. Croix for the development back in 2001. The resort will be built on areas known locally as Estate Mt. Retreat, Estate Little Profit, Estate Cotton Grove and Estate Mt. Fancy.

The first phase of construction expected to open will include a 300 guestroom hotel, 100 golf course or beachfront condominium or timeshare residential units, and a 40,000 square foot casino and entertainment facility with 20,000 sq ft of gaming space.

The golf course will feature 18 holes and a club house. The hotel will include 10,000 sq ft of meeting and function space. Additional resort amenities include a water park.

Future development would see another 500 hotel rooms, more than 700 additional residential units and various resort amenities.
