Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino is located at 1 Fulton Street just off the 190 Niagara Thruway in Buffalo, New York. A temporary casino with slots opened here in 2007, complete with table games had a soft opening on August 16th, 2013 and a gala grand opening on August 27th.

The inner-harbor area casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Games include 1,100 slots and 32 tables dealing everything from Mississippi Stud to the classic games of roulette, and blackjack with several others.

The casino features a sports bar, two restaurants, and a food court with five vendors.
