The Seminole Casino Immokalee is located at 506 South First Street in Immokalee, Florida, about  35 minutes from Naples or Fort Myers and 90 minutes from Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It is a Class III  gaming facility owned and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The casino first opened  in February 1994 and the property was expanded in February 2009. A hotel was added along with a new poker room in 2015.

The casino floor spans some 75,000 square feet and offers well over a thousand Vegas-style slots and video poker  machines, over 30 table games including Blackjack Pitch, baccarat, pai gow, and 3-card poker, as well as a 6 table poker room open 7 days a week.

The dining options were greatly increased in the expansion and now there are 4 ways to enjoy truly extraordinary fare at the casino from "Mom's Chicken" with matzo balls, to escargot, and top shelf food truck fare.

The casino is open 24 hours a day.
