Saga Racecourse is located along Nishitani (Aza, Ejima-machi, Tosu-shi), around 30 kilometers eats of Saga, Japan. It is 3.3 kilometers from the Nakabaru Train Station and only 700 meters from the Matsuoka Hospital.
This is a modern place that hosts horse racing fans, featuring a right-handed dirt course.
Visitors can take the Nishitetsu Bus from JR Tosu Station to Metabaru-Kanzaki Station - it takes 15 minutes to get to the Keibajo-Mae bus stop right in front of the racecourse. On days when races are held, free shuttle buses run between the Saga Racecourse and JR Tosu Station, JR Kurume Station, Nishitetsu Ogori Station, Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station, and other locations.
It takes only 10 minutes to arrive here from the JR Tosu Station by car and 15 minutes from the JR Kurume Station.
This racecourse boasts a large viewing stand and the biggest parking lot of around 10,000 vehicles among regional public racecourses.
