Rosie’s Gaming Emporium in Hampton, Virginia, is situated in the Power Plant Complex off I-64 at Exit 263. It is one of five gaming venues in the southeastern U.S. state that is owned and operated by Colonial Downs Group. Visitors will find 700 historical horse racing (HHR) terminals to choose from, along with an OTB area, a full-service bar, and fast-casual dining.
