Wind Creek Wetumpka Casino & Hotel  is located at 100 River Oaks Drive in Wetumpka, about 12 miles northeast of Montgomery, Alabama. The PCI Gaming resort replaces their Riverside Entertainment Center (which is attached and to be used for a future events center)  with a new 85,000 square foot casino opened on December 17, 2013 and the new 20 story, 283 room hotel opened on January 17, 2014.

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians now own and operate the two largest casinos in the state; Wind Creek Wetumpka and the slightly smaller Wind Creek Atmore, along with a couple of other properties including the  Creek Casino Montgomery with 2,300 bingo slots, and the Mobile Greyhound Park.

Visitors will find a 24 hour venue with over 2,500 electronic bingo games from makers like Cadillac Jack, which look and play just like a slot machine. There is a pool bar and restaurant as well as dining options ranging from fast food to white tablecloth service.

The focal point attraction at the casino is a 16,000-gallon shark tank designed by “Tank” the popular Animal Planet show.

The property is open 24 hours a day.
