Club Dynasty (formerly known as Rex Bingo Club) is located on the first floor of Rex Hotel Saigon in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The venue is owned and operated by Saigon Tourist, a state agency that took very the hotel after the war. Gaming machines are up to date and state-of-the-art and the regular complement of slots and electronic table games are available.

Rex Hotel is just about half a mile from the  Ben Thanh Market and within a 10 minute walk of the Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theatre and the Opera House. Notre Dame Basilica is about 1km away. In addition to the casino the hotel has several fine and casual dining restaurants, an executive lounge, two swimming pools, one with a rooftop bar, a spa and fitness center and a rooftop tennis court.
