Formerly the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, the MGM Resorts International-owned and operated Park MGM is located on the Las Vegas Strip. The 32-floor, 3,000-room hotel at the megaresort and casino features four restaurants and two bars/lounges, including On The Record, Park MGM's new speakeasy and club experience. Eataly, an Italian marketplace located at Park, features an array of cafés, counters, bars, restaurants, and markets. Other amenities at Park MGM include three pools along with an oversized heated spa, 12 cabanas, lounge areas and multiple bars, a spa and salon and a 24-hour fitness center complete with yoga room, shops, 80,000 sq ft of meeting and event space and exciting attractions such as the 5,200-seat Park Theater, T-Mobile Arena and The Park.

A hotel within a hotel, NoMad Las Vegas is a boutique property situated on the upper four floors of the Park MGM. The hotel includes 292 luxury guestrooms and suites, which feature oak floors, custom furnishings and original artwork curated by Studio Be-poles. Many rooms also have freestanding pedestal bathtubs. NoMad has a dedicated entrance and lobby (red awning), along with two restaurants and two bars/lounges, a private 6th floor pool, and a chic bar and lounge and patio. The hotel offers dog-friendly rooms for a charge per dog (up to two).

The 102,000 sq ft gaming area features approximately 900 slots and more than 60 live table games, including high limit areas for both, bar-top video poker. Table games include blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, Mississippi Stud and more, which can be found in two different sections of the floor and high limit tables and slots. The Moneyline Sports Bar and Book offers straight bets, parlays, totals, money lines, teasers and more, along with a full bar and menu, a pool table and two lanes of bowling.

Primrose

• Serving: French

Located on the far side of the lobby at Park MGM and inspired by the South of France, Primrose features an all-day menu that emphasizes open-fire cooking, and everything from oatmeal and omelets to grilled plates and Mediterranean-style salads. Guests have the pleasure of dining in a private Provençal garden with wood-fired grilling and an herb-centric cocktail program. Primrose also offers a spacious outdoor terrace which overlooks the pool, for guests wishing to dine al fresco. It's the perfect place to jump-start your day. 

The Primrose Cafe is the breakfast venue for both the NoMad and the Park MGM. 

Eataly

Located at The Park facing side, Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM features more than a dozen authentic Italian eateries and hundreds of high-quality products. Visitors can eat, shop, and explore their way through one of the greatest cuisines in the world under a single roof, including the 13-seat semi-private Chef's Table and Cucina del Mercato, an open counter-to-table concept comprised of six different fresh counters where you can eat what you shop and shop what you eat – all in one place.

Located just off the casino floor at Park MGM, Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar is not your traditional steak joint, with its French flair and warm interior. Guests will delight in choosing from richly flavorful ribeyes, fresh seafood towers, traditional side dishes, and house-made desserts. An international wine list and strong cocktails complement this space richly outfitted with red leather banquettes, dimly lit chandeliers and lively jazz.

For the ultimate in intimacy, a speakeasy-style lounge located at the back of the restaurant at Bavette’s offers just the right amount of seclusion.

Best Friend

Led by celebrity chef Roy Choi famed for gourmet Korean-Mexican taco truck Kogi and Los Angeles restaurants Chego!, A-Frame, Alibi Room, POT, Commissary and LocoL, Best Friend serves an eclectic mix including favorites Soondubu and other pots, Spicy Pork and Slippery Shrimp, along with large format dishes Lobster Kung Pao, Cavier Tostadas, Chili Cheese Spaghetti and more.

Located right off the casino floor, La La Noodle is Park MGM's noodle shop serving Pan-Asian cuisine with the star of the show being hand-pulled noodles from Lo Mein and Singapore Style to Pork Belly and delicious Dan Dan noodles. Not a fan of noodles? No problem. La La has appetizers like pot stickers, shrimp rolls and bao buns with plenty more on the hit-list menu of classic Pan Asian dishes and regional specialties. Enjoy your meal on the patio, at the counter, bar or a table/booth. 

The Crack Shack

• Serving: American (New), Chicken Shop

Located next door to Eataly, The Crack Shack is a three-meal casual dining venue that serves gourmet fried chicken and is known for its one-of-a-kind menu items. In addition to fried chicken sandwiches and whole and half-bird offerings, bowls, and "other cluck" such as chicken oysters, mini biscuits, deviled eggs, milkshakes and a Crack Shack favorite, Schmaltz Fries, are also on the menu. Diners help themselves to dipping sauces including ranch made in house, sriracha, Thousand Island, barbecue, Baja hot sauce, Sweet Heat, and The Crack Shack’s own version of ketchup, Crack-Sup. The Señor Croque, which features crispy chicken, bacon, fried egg, cheddar, and miso-maple butter on a brioche bun, is to die for! A full-service bar, big-screen TVs and bar games are also available. 

NoMad Salon and Parlour (Bar)

Located off the lobby of the NoMad hotel and adjacent to the NoMad Restaurant, the bar offers dinner and dessert and an award-winning bar program. Clad in plush velvet and leather chairs and sofas and a Steinway at the ready for live jazz performances in the evening, the venue is the perfect upscale but laid-back spot for after-work dinner and drinks. 

 

Moneyline Sports Bar & Book

Located off the Park MGM casino floor, Moneyline Sports Bar & Book has everything a sports fan needs including sportsbook, big screens, and duckpin bowling lanes and billiards games. But it's also a great place to grab a bite and a cold one. Visitors choose from tasty menu items at Side Betty such as the Griddled Cheeseburger, Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Wings, Truffle Parmesan Fries and more.

NoMad Restaurant

Located next to the Park Theatre Ticket Office and adjacent to the NoMad Salon and Parlour, the NoMad Restaurant resembles a grand study with floor to ceiling bookcases, chandeliers and plush burgundy velvet and leather seating. The surroundings complement a menu of American classics including signature dishes, The NoMad Roast Chicken and American Wagyu Prime Rib, which are served alongside a selection of salads, pasta and entrees such as Lobster Fra Diavolo and Gnocchi "Cacio e Pepe." 

There are private dining spaces and meeting rooms and the main dining room seats 160.

Moneyline Sports Bar & Book

Conveniently located just off the casino floor at Park MGM, Moneyline Sports Bar & Book adds a whole new dimension to your average Las Vegas sports book with its intertwining spaces including duckpin bowling lanes and billiards games and a grilled menu and weigh & pay menu for a personalized feast.

The Race & Sports Book at Moneyline Sports Bar & Book is in a smoke-free area and offers straight bets, parlays, totals, money lines, teasers and more. They also provide year-round parlay cards.
