Located inside the D.C. gentlemen’s club, Cloakroom Gentlemen’s Club, on the 4th floor, Over Under Sportsbook Lounge opened for business to the public on Jan 2, 2023, touting itself as the first sportsbook inside a strip club in the U.S. The book had a soft opening on Dec. 29, 2022, after receiving approval from the D.C. Office of Lottery and Gaming to establish sports betting at the club. Sports fans can catch all the action, bet on their favorite teams via self-service kiosks or live ticket writer, and enjoy good food and drinks at this neighborhood sports book and bar. In addition to the full-service cocktail lounge, the enclosed & climate-controlled rooftop features wall-to-wall TVs and LED lights depending on the mood.

They have more than great food and drinks at the Over Under Sportsbook Rooftop Lounge, located above the Cloakroom gentlemen's club. Sports fans can place wagers here either at a self-service kiosk or with a live ticket agent using cash and cash out their winning bets with a ticket writer. Bettors must be at least 18 years old to participate in sports betting in D.C. and need to be physically present within the city's boundaries to place their bets. However, bettors at Over Under must be at least 21 years of age.
