After a groundbreaking ceremony on June 15th, 2021, the new Osage Casino and Hotel Bartlesville opened on Nov 16, 2023, situated along U.S. 60 just two miles west of downtown Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The new casino hotel replaced the existing Osage casino, which has operated in Bartlesville since 2006. The 153,151 sq ft venue includes a 102-room and suite hotel with a fitness center and an outdoor pool and hot tub, over 6,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, and two restaurants and a bar, while the 57,400-square-foot casino has 521 electronic gaming machines and is open 24/7. 

The 125-acre property is the second Osage casino opened in 2023 and was first announced in 2021, with construction beginning shortly afterward. The venue was expected to be completed by the end of 2022, however, due to a materials delay, the opening date was pushed out.

Visitors must be at least 18 to enter the casino or play gambling games.

In addition to Bartlesville, which originally opened in 2006, the Osage Nation of Oklahoma owns and operates casinos in Tulsa since 2005, Sand Springs since 2004, Ponca City and Skiatook since 2007, Hominy since 2002, and Pawhuska opened in spring 2003.
