Located in Harvey, Michigan, (Upper Peninsula) Ojibwa Casino Marquette opened in December 2020. The venue offers a casino floor that is twice the size of the previous one, more than double the number of slots, and approximately 10 live tables for blackjack, craps, roulette and Let it Ride. There is also a cafe-style eatery with plenty of seating, with another restaurant expected to open in February 2020, a spacious, full-service bar and lounge area for live entertainment, a gift shop, and a 1,200-seat Event Center and convention space.

According to reports, a hotel will eventually be added although no timeline has been given as to when the hotel/Phase II of the project would begin.  

The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community (KBIC) owns and operates the Ojibwa Marquette Casino. The tribe also owns and operates the Ojibwa Baraga Casino, which also completed a renovation project in 2019, located on reservation land in Baraga County. The two casinos are about an hour and a half drive from the other.

Reports indicate that a second restaurant, "The Marquette Tavern," will open in February 2020 and will feature "menu items developed by Dave Anderson, founder of Famous Dave’s BBQ."

The new, contemporary yet cozy, full-service bar and lounge at the Marquette Ojibwa Casino that is located just steps off the gaming floor. There is a good amount of seating at the spacious circular bar, as well as plenty of seating in the surrounding lounge area, as well as a small stage for live entertainment.

Meeting & Event Space

The Ojibwe Casino Marquette features a 1,200-seat event center located adjacent to the Superior Eats cafe and can accommodate headliner entertainment, business events and functions as well as convention space.
