Ohi Racecourse is situated along Katsushima in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan. It is750 meters from the Tachiaigawa Train Station and 1.7 kilometers from the Tokyo-Shinagawa Hospital.
This modern place, perfect for all those fond of horse racing, features a dirt course.
The racecourse is known for its "Twinkle Races," which began in 1986, and its nickname TOKYO CITY KEIBA. It is the most popular of the regional public racecourses. At the end of December 2003, it opened the futuristic shaped "L-WING" stand and upgraded its facilities.
If you are on foot, you will need only a few minutes from Monorail Oi Keibajomae Station, but it takes around 10 minutes to get here from Keihin Electric Express Railway Tachiaigawa Station. On days when races are held, free shuttle buses run between the Oi Racecourse and JR Omori Station, JR Oi-Machi Station, and JR Kinshicho Station.
Ohi Racecourse is only eight kilometers away from Tokyo International Airport.
