Update: Oaklawn Racing and Gaming will embark on an expansion project in excess of $100 million that includes the construction of a high-rise hotel, multi-purpose event center, a larger gaming area, and additional on-site parking, following completion of the 2019 racing season. The target completion date for the gaming expansion is January 2020 with the hotel and event center to be completed in late 2020.

Located 1.2 miles North of the Central Ave./Hwy 270 intersection in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Oaklawn Park Racing & Gaming is one of only two casino gaming venues in Arkansas. With a rich and intriguing history dating back more than 100 years, you'll be hard pressed to find a racino with more character. It's closest counterpart is Southland Gaming & Racing in West Memphis, where the live racing action is focused on greyhounds rather than horses.

The racino offers Live Thoroughbred racing from mid to late-January to early May and year-round gaming with daily simulcast racing, a full-service Race & Sprots Book, over 1,000 gaming machines including reel games, video poker, electronic table games, along with a High Limits area and now, live dealer table games, inclduing Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'em.

Silks Bar & Grill

Voted one of the best burgers in Hot Springs, Silks Bar & Grill is open for lunch and dinner every day and offers a full menu and late night menu with popular favorites such as hot wings, Spinach Artichoke Dip, burgers and Oaklawn’s classic Reuben sandwiches as well other Tasty mainstays. And with more than 30 TVs throughout, you don't have to worry about missing any action. Silks also features regional entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.

Carousel Dining Room

Located opposite the Paddock, the Carousel Dining Room is the perfect place for the kids at heart, its casual, fun atmosphere allows you to follow races on your own personal TV at your table. You'll also find an impressive collection of authentic music boxes and carousel horses. The buffet menu is available daily on race days with menu service on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Open 7 days a week, Bistro 2705 is the ideal spot to grab a quick bite or a late night snack. Track Kitchen

Now fully accessible to the public, the Track Kitchen has new breakfast and lunch menu and Jana Ford Digby is once again the manager for the 2019 live racing season, so you can look forward to enjoying her family’s famous recipes from their popular restaurant, Ed’s Place. We're told her great-grandmother’s Southern pan-fried chicken should not be missed. Other mainstays include cook-to-order breakfasts, such as country potatoes or grits, country ham biscuits, biscuits and gravy, and daily lunch specials like meatloaf and BBQ brisket.

Post Parade Restaurant

Reservations are recommended for Saturdays during the race meet at Post Parade, the casual eatery just across from the Winning Colors Gift Shop on the first floor at Oaklawn Park. Enjoy a great selection of tasty bites from the a la carte menu, whether you come in from the reel machine floor or are enjoying a little simulcast time.

You don't need to have a sit-down meal if you're just looking to have a bite in between races. With 22 quick eats scattered throughout the property, you will find the fare you like at the prices and convenience you enjoy. The park's Concessions offer everything from hot dogs and burgers to a sweet Oyster Bar with the fattest shrimp in town and fresh shucked on the half shell.
