The Mazatzal Hotel & Casino is owned and operated by the Tonto Apache Tribe and is located on tribal land in the mountain town of Payson, Arizona, just 90 minutes from Phoenix. The property includes a 40-all-suite hotel with indoor pool and Jacuzzi, 24-hour fitness center, two restaurants, a coffee shop and a lounge.

The nearly 120,000 square foot casino features more than 400 slots and video poker machines, blackjack, bingo, poker and on-site sports wagering.

Mazatzal Hotel and Casino Event Center hosts concerts, shows, comedy, sports events, and more and the action never stops.  Traditionally the doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 6:30pm. Tickets are reasonably priced and buying in advance can save you as much as 25% off the price you'll pay for tickets at the door.  Players Club members usually  get additional incentives and promotions as well, take your ticket stub to the Mountains of Money Players Club and you might get 3x bonus points on slot play until 1am!

• The Maple Room is suited for smaller gatherings, breakout sessions, and workshops and offers 900 sq. ft. of conference and meeting space and the capacity to seat 30-56 people.
• The Mahogany Boardroom is a plush conference room with state of the art technology and features 264 sq. ft. of conference and meeting space.
