Max's Sports Bar & Restaurant is located at 6727 North 47th Avenue in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona. Max's goes way back to the 1970's and is the Glendale area's first sports bar. It was remodeled in 2002 and again in 2017 and now features more than 95 television screens located throughout the facility, including the patio, and a simulcast wagering center in association with Arizona Greyhound Racing, Inc., a Delaware North Company. There are about 15 OTB facilities in the group including Apache Greyhound Park.

The betting facility is said to resemble a high-end Las Vegas Racebook and features two large screens and twelve 27' screens as well as 28 private betting carrels equipped with personal monitors. Bet on daily greyhound and horse races from around the country.

The bar has great drink specials and the restaurant serves up everything from pub bites to a full pound ribeye steak. Homemade potato chips and a house chipotle dressing, as well as pulled pork sandwiches, are perennial favorites. Enjoy your meal at the bar/restaurant or dine al fresco on the spacious on-site patio.
