Mark Twain Casino is located at 104 Pierce Street in La Grange, Missouri just across the channel from the Mark Twain Wildlife Refuge in the middle of the Mississippi River. The casino has 18,000 square feet of gambling space featuring over 600 gaming machines and 13 gaming tables.

Although there is no hotel on the property, there are plenty of nice places to stay nearby including an 8 pad RV park for road folk. Dining options include Bistro 104 and the Sizzlin' 7s Grill. A banquet venue is also available with the Garden Banquet Room.
