The Chuckwagon Restaurant is the only dining option at Longhorn Casino and is open 24/7. Breakfast covers about half of the menu here with items like omelets, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, cereal and country fried steak. The lunch and dinner specialties are pork chops, teriyaki chicken, spaghetti, fried chicken and liver and onions. Other items include soup, salad, burgers, sandwiches, ribs, steak and seafood.
There is a different special every day of the week which include items ranging from tacos, pasta and seafood to pot pie and sweet and sour meatballs. Daily specials start at $7.99.
