The first land-based casino in the Shreveport-Bossier market, The Cordish Companies' $270 million Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana opened on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025. 

Announced by Cordish on Dec 20, 2024, the 47,000-square-foot property also opened reservations for its luxury Live! Hotel. The property, which opened as the Isle of Capri Casino and closed as Diamond Jacks, includes a 12-story, 549-room Live! Hotel with resort-style pool and fitness center, premier dining and entertainment options, a 25,000-square-foot event area, an RV Park, an attached multi-level structured parking facility and adjacent surface parking. 

Gaming includes over 1,000 slots and electronic table games, more than 40 live-action table games, a dedicated High Limits Room and an industry-leading Sportsbook.
