Lebanon, New Hampshire's first charitable gaming casino is currently located at 45 Hanover St. The venue, Lebanon Poker Room & Casino, features approximately 35 electronic gaming machines, blackjack and roulette tables and eight poker tables. Other amenities include food service and a bar. 

In July 2023, the city Planning Board reportedly gave the business the green light to expand and relocate to the former Gerrish Honda building at 369 Miracle Mile in what is the only city in Grafton County. The reconfigured building will reportedly comprise a 17,335-square-foot first floor and a 1,360-square-foot mezzanine, while the gaming area will consist of 111 electronic gaming devices and 13 tables. The full-service restaurant & bar will have 41 seats. 

Under New Hampshire law, “charitable gaming” is a state-regulated category of gambling where 35% of the proceeds must be donated to charitable nonprofits. In the New England state, charitable gaming can include poker, bingo and casino games such as roulette and blackjack.
