Built in 1863, the iconic Casino de Monte-Carlo is located in Monte Carlo, situated at the base of the Maritime Alps along the French Riviera. The historic gambling and entertainment complex is just steps from the 47-room palatial Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, which, along with the casino, is owned and operated by the Société des bains de mer de Monaco. The hotel is currently in the midst of an important renovation and restructuring programme, scheduled to last 4 years and which began on October 6, 2014.

The magnificent hotel and casino boast a total of seven restaurants, one of which is a 3 Michelin-star gourmet dining restaurant, one of the most celebrated wine cellars on the Riviera, with almost 600,000 bottles, four bars, meeting and event space, private rooms, 75,347 square foot world-famous Les Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo spa, and the Monte-Carlo Country Club, which offers 21 clay courts, two hard courts, two squash courts, and an 18-hole golf course and beach club, among other amenities.

The approximately 108,000 square feet of gaming is split into seven different salons, each catering to a different type of game. In the Salle Touzet Nord & Sud, Salle Blanche & Terrasse, Salons Super Privés, Salle Médecin, and Salle des Ameriques you’ll find roulette, baccarat, trente, quarante, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, craps, and punto banco, while the Salle Renaissance and Salon Europe offer slots with video poker and electronic blackjack.

Le Salon Rose

• Serving: Mediterranean

Le Salon Rose is located at the heart of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The modern restaurant features stunning views of the Mediterranean, a terrace, and a Mediterranean-inspired menu that showcases a wide variety of dishes.

Admission is available to all those over 18 years of age. Photo ID is required.

The restaurant opens daily at 12pm, closes for an hour at 6pm, and reopens at 7pm and closes for the day at midnight.

Dress code: No shorts, sports shoes or flip flops. Jackets recommended after 8 pm.

Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris

Located at the Hôtel de Paris, Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris is a three Michelin star restaurant that features "gourmet journeys by Alain Ducasse, translating as infinite combinations of Mediterranean flavours and aromas. The modern menu emphasises the use of fresh juices and sauces, intense and aromatic broths, and fresh condiments and spices.

Dinner is served from 7:30pm to 9:45pm Wednesday - Monday.

Le Grill

Open daily for lunch from noon to 2pm and for dinner from 8pm to 10pm, Le Grill may not be heaven, but it's close. Located on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris, Le Grill offers a reinterpretation of Mediterranean gourmet dishes. In addition to famous dishes such as Scallops, Chimney braised radicchio, and Herb crusted rack of Sisteron Lamb, the restaurant features a sliding roof which during the summer months reveals what has to be one of the most beautiful views on the French Riviera.

Côté Jardin

• Serving: French, Mediterranean, Wine

Located at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Côté Jardin boasts exquisite views of the sea, harbor, palm trees, and the famous Rock of Monaco. The garden restaurant features rich flavors of the South, such as Sole meunière, Back of bass ratatouille with virgin olive oil sauce, and Grilled beef filet with béarnaise sauce, as well as an excellent selection of wines from Province.

Côté Jardin is open daily all year round and serves a breakfast buffet from 7:30am to 11am and lunch from 1pm to 3pm. The restaurant is closed for dinner.

Le Train Bleu

Located at the entrance of the Casino de Monte-Carlo gaming halls, Le Train Bleu features traditional Italian cuisine and its decor channels a sleeper dining room at the time of the Belle Epoque. As a bonus to the tempting menu which offers dishes such as Pan-Fried langoustines, coco beans stew and squid with parsley and garlic and Porcini mushroom risotto, diced pumpkin and Perugina sausage, the restaurant offers a view of the Monte Carlo Casino Square.

Les Privés

Enjoy gourmet French cuisine without having to leave the Casino de Monte-Carlo gaming rooms. Les Privés restaurant boasts an incredible view of Cap-Martin and the Mediterranean. The restaurant is open upon request and can also be booked for private events during certain periods of the year.

Salle Empire and terrace

• Serving: Mediterranean

Located at the Hotel de Paris, the Salle Empire is a gourmet restaurant which features Meditteranean cuisine, such as Foie gras d’oie des Landes, pain de campagne toasté, Délice au citron, sorbet citron vert, and Turbot côtier doré meunière, fins poireaux, croustillant d’Agria. The elegant and grand space features domed, baroque-fashioned ceilings and is host to banquets and receptions throughout the year. The lovely terrace overlooks the Place du Casino.

Bar Salle Blanche

Located in the Casino de Monte-Carlo, just off Salle des Amériques and Salle Touzet Nord & Sud, the Salle Blanche was originally designed as a social lounge by architect Henri Schmit. Like all of the gaming salons at Casino de Monte-Carlo, it is magnificently adorned with paintings and rich furnishings and has become one of the most popular rooms at the casino. The inside space includes a full-service mosaic bar where guests are welcomed to an aperitif or after-dinner drink. The salon also offers Roulette, Punto Banco, Black Jack, Ultimate Texas Hold-em Poker and Trente et Quarante tables. Step inside one of the two glass enclosures in the salon and you will be transported to the Terrasse, which in addition to more gaming tables, offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean just past the palm trees.

Le Bar Américain

Open daily from 10:30am to 2am, Le Bar Américain is located at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. The elegant low-key venue features sea views, live jazz every night of the week, except for Thursday, and snacks from noon to 1am.

Bar Salle Europe

Bar Salle Europe is located in the Salle Europe gaming room, which is situated between the Salle Renaissance and the Salle des Amériques at the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the oldest room of the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the nerve center of the casino. All major sporting events are shown in the salon on large screen HD TVs throughout the space which in addition tot he full-service bar features 80 slot machines. Bar Salle Europe is equally magnificent as every other room of the casino, with its paintings, high-domes marble inlay ceilings complete with crystal chandeliers distinctly reminiscent of the  Beaux Arts style.

Bar des Privés is a full-service bar which can be accessed from the enormous Salle Médecin gaming room. Guests can enjoy the libation of their choice and relax in the private rooms of the Casino de Monte-Carlo while enjoying the panoramic view of the Bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

During the renovation, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has one banqueting room available for events and galas: Salle Empire, up to 250 persons, 500 sqm. No meeting rooms are available during the renovation works.
