Kyoto Racecourse (京都競馬場, Kyōto-keibajō) is located at 32 Yoshijima Watashibajimacho in in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. The course originally opened in 1924, and is the premiere racecourse in Western Japan. There are five meets held here each year beginning with the G1 Tenno Sho each spring.
The course is near rivers and in the center of the racecourse is a large lake.
Competitions are held on two turf courses, a dirt course and a jump course.
