The Nugget Casino & Resort in Sparks, Nevada has been around since 1955. Today it consists of more than 1,300 guest rooms in two 29-floor towers, 110,000 square feet of meeting space, eight restaurants, including guest favorites Anthony's Chophouse and Rosie's Cafe, a year-round atrium swimming pool, fitness center, arcade, gift shop and many other guest amenities.

The Nugget Casino Resort offers 24-hour gaming, including blackjack (single, double & multi-deck), roulette, craps, specialty table games including Let It Ride Bonus, Progressive Fortune Pai Gow Poker, Progressive Three-Card Poker with 6 Card Bonus, and Fire Bet Craps. There are weekly blackjack tournaments, Keno and Keno tournaments, a new Bingo Hall, and a full-service Sports Book. There are over 900 of all denominations of the newest slots and video poker slot machines.

Another new addition to the Nugget Casino Resort is the William Hill Sports Book, which is located on the main casino floor. Place your wager then keep track of your plays on dozens of widescreen LCD displays and electronic scoreboards. In-Progress Wagering is also now being offered on the NFL Playoffs and select College Bowl games.

The poker room at the Nugget Casino Resort has been recently renovated and has moved next to the New Sports Book. All level of players are welcome at the poker room that’s open at 9am daily. There are daily and evening tournaments, including a Texas Hold'em Shootout, and more.

The Nugget Poker Room

The recently renovated poker room at the Nugget Casino Resort has moved next to the New Sports Book, located on the main casino floor. All level of players are welcome at the poker room and it's open at 9am daily. The daily tournament schedule includes Texas Hold'em Shootout with a $20 buy-in plus $3 entry fee for 700 in chips, and $2 add-on gets you 300 additional chips.

There is also a Texas Hold'em evening tournament on Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:00pm with a $10 buy-in + $2 entry fee for 700 in tournament chips.

Anthony's Chophouse

Anthony's Chophouse has an old school steakhouse vibe that sets the stage for a menu featuring dishes made with expertly-sourced fresh seafood, prime cut filets, ribeye and New York strip steaks, along with a wide array of side and appetizers and more than 200 French, Chilean, Spanish, Australian, Italian and Napa Valley wine selections. The full-service bar is a great place to catch the game and enjoy a drink or two.

Oyster Bar
