Update: AUG 2021 - Bally’s Corp. anticipates breaking ground on the first phase of a $40 million transformation from the former Isle of Capri to Bally's Kansas City Casino on August 18, 2021. Along with a 35,596-square-foot retail and dining frontal addition, a second phase of development will reportedly include a seven-story, 150-room hotel while a 3,000-seat amphitheater, an expansion of the existing parking garage to double its 609 spaces could follow. Construction is expected to last a year.
