The Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf is located in downtown Bettendorf, Iowa off the I-74 bridge near Davenport. On June 24, 2016 the gambling venue opened in its new location on the banks of the Mississippi after spending almost two decades on the river. The unique riverfront location offers guests access to the Isle's own private marina and prime access to the trail system and recreational path.

Along with the full-service marina, the hotel's two towers include 509 contemporary air-conditioned rooms and suites with LCD TVs, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, over 40,000 square feet of meeting, event, banquet, and special occasion event space, and an entire host of other amenities.
