Imperial Pacific subsidiary Best Sunshine opened a temporary casino called Best Sunshine Live in the upscale T Galleria shopping center on Beach Road in Garapan, Saipan in July of 2015. About 100 slot machines were available for play as well as 10 table games. The full complement of 45 tables became available on November 28, 2015 with the official opening of the new casino. Junket operations began in earnest December 2015.
The temporary casino allows the company to begin realizing profits while they build a fully integrated resort on the Island. The T Galleria location marks the first time legal gambling has been allowed on Saipan.
Look for the Grand Mariana Casino and Hotel Resort to open Phase I before the end of 2016.

In the space between Fendi and Hard Rock Cafe on Beach Rd. you will find Imperial Pacific's Best Sunshine Live casino at T Galleria. Part of the massive space is used for live dealer training for the coming casino resort. The casino opened with 6 baccarat tables and increased that to 10 units on soft launch. 40 tables were opened to the public on Nov. 27 and December another 5 for VIP junket operations.
