Located in Perryville, Maryland at 1201 Chesapeake Overlook Pkwy, Hollywood Casino Perryville is owned and operated by Gaming and Leisure Properties. It holds the distinction of being the first casino to open in the state on September 17, 2010. The facility's 75,000 sq ft gaming floor features more than 800 video lottery terminal slot and poker machines, 13 gaming tables, a sportsbook and an 8 table poker room. Table games include blackjack, craps, roulette, 3-card poker, 4-card poker, Spanish 21 and Ultimate Texas Hold'em.

Dining options include a bar & grill and a quick eats concession and there is meeting and event space as well.

Open 24 hours a day. *Must be 21 to enter casino. Under 21 may enter through the Casino South Entrance to dine at The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grill only.
