Grand Diamond City Hotel & Casino is located at the somewhat confusing address of 988 F, Group 50, Kbal Spean Village, Poipet Commune, Auchav District, Banteay Meanchey Province, The Kingdom of Cambodia and offers shuttle service from the Thai border, motor coach, and car service for special players. The casino opened in 2000.

The casino floor covers 62,000 and features 91 table games and 220 slots. The 300 room Grand Diamond City Hotel is connected to the casino with accommodations ranging from single rooms to Presidential Suites.
